White space from the client side.
At account level, white space analysis commonly maps your current footprint against products, services, business units or use cases the client does not yet buy from you. ProperBizFix starts with what has changed in the client business.
Do not treat an empty box in the service matrix as demand.
An unbought service or uncovered business area can be white space. It does not, by itself, establish current demand.
Offer → gap → trigger → opportunity
Start with your products or services, map what the client already buys, then look for evidence that an unbought capability may now fit.
Client change → consequence → intervention point → capability fit
Start with the client's business. Reconstruct the relevant model, locate material change and trace where its effects are likely to land. Compare your capability only after that.
A small causal model before the commercial conclusion.
I build a lightweight business and operating snapshot: how the client earns, what it delivers and the part of the value flow relevant to your relationship.
External signals are tested against that model. A new site, senior hire, acquisition or service launch matters only if it implies a material change elsewhere in the business.
The analysis follows that likely consequence until it reaches a point that could justify intervention.
The conclusion is allowed to be negative.
The analysis may find relevant white space. It may find retention risk, a changed scope, a need outside your capability, or no justified intervention.
Evidence stays separate from inference.
Published evidence, supplied account facts, analytical inference and open questions are labelled separately. The output is a basis for a client conversation, not a claim about facts you cannot see from outside.
Start with the amount of account attention the decision warrants.

Client Portfolio Analysis
Screen a client base to decide which accounts deserve deeper analysis.
This is not account planning software.
I do not provide an activity feed or automated account score. I analyse the business situation far enough to decide whether there is a defensible point for intervention.
