Find the next piece of work in an existing client account.
A research-led review of one existing B2B client account, designed to find credible reasons for the next commercial conversation.
Has the business moved on since the implementation?
Most account-development outreach starts from the supplier: a new module, a new feature, a health check, a general “catch-up”. I start from the client instead.
I look for visible changes in the company that could have altered what it needs from the system or service you already supplied. The aim is not to invent a project. It is to find a defensible reason to ask a better question.
A short Account Development Brief.
- What appears to have changed in the client's business
- 3-5 development hypotheses linked to visible evidence
- Why each change may matter to the existing solution or operating model
- What is established, what is inferred and what remains unknown
- Questions to test each hypothesis with the client
- One or more credible reasons to reopen the conversation
I do not turn public information into certainty.
The brief separates evidence from hypothesis. A job advert, acquisition, new service line or new operations hire can justify a question. It does not prove a buying need.
£195 stays useful by staying narrow.
This is account research, not a disguised consulting project.
If the client confirms a real issue.
You can take the conversation forward yourself. If the issue needs to be understood before the implementation is scoped, I can then run or support Commercial Discovery.
See Commercial Discovery →Try it on one dormant account.
I need the client website, what you previously implemented and enough context to understand the relationship.
