ProperBizFix provides business analysis and commercial operating reviews. I do not provide regulated investment advice, valuation opinions, accounting or tax advice, audit or assurance, solvency opinions, or recommendations to buy, sell or invest in a business or financial instrument.
Where financial or management information is considered, it is used only to understand operational patterns and business processes. It is not audited, verified or presented as an accounting opinion.

The services described on this website are intended for businesses, professional advisers and investors acting in the course of business. The website does not provide an online checkout and sending an enquiry does not by itself create a consulting contract.
Account Development Review
The first Account Development Review is £99 for one existing client account. Any additional Account Development Review is £195 per account unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Project engagements
Commercial Discovery, white-label work, framework licensing and investor or adviser work are agreed separately in writing. The agreed scope, fees, payment terms, timing, confidentiality, intellectual property, data handling, liability, termination and other project-specific terms take precedence over general descriptions on this website.
No professional guarantee
Account research and commercial discovery are analytical services. A hypothesis, question or discovery finding does not guarantee that a client will buy, that an implementation will succeed, or that a particular commercial outcome will occur.
