White-label business analysis

White-label business analysis

Add client-facing discovery and requirements analysis capacity without hiring another Business Analyst.

The operating relationship

Your client stays your client.

White-label here means more than changing a logo. The client relationship, implementation, pricing and technical solution remain with your firm.

You own

The relationship.

Contract, account management, solution, implementation, commercial terms and any future work.

I own

The agreed discovery work.

Interview structure, evidence analysis, contradiction handling and the written discovery output.

Together

The boundary.

We agree what initiative is being discovered, who can be contacted, what can be accessed and how the output is branded.

Two common models

You do not have to put me in front of the client.

Partner-led conversations

You keep every stakeholder conversation.

Use my interview structure or your own. Send transcripts, notes and source documents. I build the analysis and return a partner-ready discovery pack.

White-label interviews

I conduct the agreed interviews as part of your delivery process.

Stakeholder contact, invitations, branding and follow-up rules are agreed in advance. I do not independently market to or solicit the end client.

Data & confidentiality

Designed for work that contains client information.

Each engagement should have an agreed data boundary: what you will share, what I need, how long project material is retained and whether I act as an independent controller or processor for particular information.

NDA and data-processing terms can be agreed before client material is supplied. Where confidentiality or privacy obligations require disclosure of my involvement, those obligations take priority over white-label presentation.

Good fit

Where this tends to make commercial sense.

CRM / RevOps integratorsCross-functional customer, pipeline, handoff and reporting logic needs to be established before configuration.
ERP implementation partnersOperational and commercial workflows cross department boundaries before they reach a system module.
Automation & AI firmsThe risk is automating an assumption, a workaround or an exception nobody has properly bounded.
Bespoke software teamsStakeholders can agree on features while still disagreeing about the business event those features are meant to handle.
