Client Account Review
For a new customer, the first paid Client Account Review is £99. Further single-account reviews are £145 each unless a different fee is agreed in writing before work starts.
A free fit check happens before payment. The 5-working-day delivery period starts once payment has been received and all inputs requested for that review have been received.
A conclusion that there is no current case for further commercial attention is a valid analytical outcome. It does not create a refund entitlement unless separate written engagement terms say otherwise.
Portfolio Analysis
Portfolio Analysis is scoped and priced separately in writing. Scope may include portfolio prioritisation, detailed Client Account Reviews for selected accounts and agreed refresh cycles.
Engagement terms
Agreed scope, fees, payment terms, timing, confidentiality, intellectual property, data handling, liability, termination and other project-specific terms take precedence over general descriptions on this website.
No commercial guarantee
Client Account Review and Portfolio Analysis are analytical services. A finding or question does not guarantee that a client will buy or that a particular commercial outcome will occur.
