Find the client decisions the current Zoho configuration does not support now.
I compare the client’s current business with an agreed snapshot of the current Zoho setup. The review identifies decisions the client now needs that the configuration does not support, the business consequence of those gaps, and whether the missing layer sits inside or outside Zoho.
This is not an audit of the implementation.
The current Zoho setup is treated as the starting point, not as the problem. A sound implementation may need to support different decisions because the client’s roles, services or operating model have changed.
I assess which decisions the client now needs to make, what information those decisions require and where the current configuration no longer provides enough support. I do not score the original implementation.
The Zoho setup you have with the business the client has now.

Decision support in Zoho
Which actor is affected, which decision they need to make, what information it requires and what the existing Zoho setup currently provides.
Business consequence and question to verify
What the unsupported decision may expose the client to, and the specific question needed to confirm or reject that conclusion before any change is proposed.
The decision gap may sit in Zoho, or outside it.
The decision may already be supported. It may require information that Zoho could represent but currently does not. Or it may depend on source data the client does not capture elsewhere.
If the required data does not exist, the review states that directly. It does not describe missing source data as a Zoho problem.
The analytical method does not depend on the CRM brand.
The same Client Account Review can be used with other CRM and business systems. The platform-specific page only changes how the current system snapshot is described.
