I am Yulia Fomina. My work has included commercial reporting, CRM redesign, process mapping and analysis of handovers between sales and service delivery.
I start with the end client’s business activities, relevant operating decisions and available evidence of who makes them. I compare those requirements with the systems described by the supplier. I label documented facts, supplier reports, inferences and questions that require end-client validation. If an operating owner is unknown, I do not assume one is absent.
Client relationship and independence
The IT supplier commissions the research and controls contact with the end client. The standard service excludes direct client contact. I do not receive commissions for recommending software products. I check for conflicts with other engagements before accepting work.
Work retained by the supplier and end client
The supplier remains responsible for account management, technical discovery, architecture, estimating and proposals. The end client confirms business requirements and decides whether to commission work. An Intervention Candidate is an evidence-labelled hypothesis, not a diagnosed system defect.
