Inputs and checks
Inputs: the client’s public website, a short description of the completed implementation or development work, and the services your firm can deliver. The screen uses those inputs and public company information; it does not inspect the client’s systems.
Checks: can a plausible business dependency and consequential decision be identified from the available information; is the previous project boundary clear; and is there a specific question about responsibility, data or system coverage worth checking? The Screen does not establish that a process is unmanaged or that new software is needed.
Written decision
| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Proceed | At least one defined research question is relevant to the client’s business model, and there is sufficient source material for a bounded full assessment. |
| Do not proceed | The material reviewed does not justify the cost of a full assessment now. This does not establish that the client has no unmet needs. |
| Insufficient context | The supplied project context or public information is insufficient for a recommendation. The response identifies the missing information. |
Fee and credit
£50 fixed for the written screening outcome. If you commission an £850 Account Intervention Assessment for the same client, the screen fee is deducted and £800 remains payable. The full assessment is not ordered automatically.
Initial enquiry
Email your company website, the end client’s public website, a brief description of the completed work and the services your firm provides. Do not include system exports, credentials, internal diagrams, personal data or confidential client documents in the initial message. Data-sharing terms are agreed separately where needed.

The email starts an enquiry, not a purchase. Eligibility, conflicts, scope, delivery date and payment details are confirmed in writing before the review begins.
